Engage Hybrid Gathering 2024

Event: Engage annual gathering - Groundswell

Where: Scheduled to take place in person in Plymouth and online
Date: Tuesday 14 & Wednesday 15 May 2024.

Groundswell will be a two-day hybrid event aimed at people at all stages of their career in visual arts engagement. Their theme for this event is ‘local practice leading global change’.

The programme of presentations, panel discussions, and workshops will explore radical, hyper-local and community-focused engagement practices. We will explore successes and challenges of addressing systemic inequalities and global issues, such as climate change and of operating within and beyond government agendas and funding.

To support with the costs of attending in person, there are bursaries available for delegates in Scotland, Wales and England until 29 March.
