In this workshop and drop in led by artists Corinne and Pamela Schilderman, you’ll be invited to create your own postcards focused on self care. This could be a letter to your future self, positive words for hard days or a postcard to send to a loved one. This session is open to everyone, but Pamela and Corinne particularly hope to attract people who experience isolation or loneliness for any reason whether it be social circumstance, chronic illness or disability.
