Looking for Peace - Inside Symposium
Wednesday 21st March 2018
Attenborough Arts Centre, Leicester
Join DASH and partners for this symposium about our Disability Arts commissioning programme funded by Arts Council England. The commissions share a common theme; 'Looking for Peace'.
The morning symposium, 9:30 - 12:00, will explore the commissions produced by Daniel Regan and Antonia Attwood at QUAD, and Juan delGado at New Art Exchange, Nottingham, as part of the Inside project.
Regan and Attwood's work, 'Be Here, Now' can be viewed here on the D-Lab website, and delGado's work, 'Altered Landscapes' is on show at Attenborough Arts Centre until 25 February 2018.
The artists and gallery staff will discuss the exhibition projects and the impact they have made on each venue and its partners.
