We're pleased to share this guide to Accessible Recruitment, developed by Disability Arts Online with input from DASH.

DASH's contribution is informed by our experiences of recruiting four new team members over the previous twelve months.

The focus of the guide is on recruitment in the Arts sector, but much of the advice is widely applicable.
